[Eligibility] The prize draw is open to US residents aged 18 years and over.
[Period] Entries will be accepted online until July 17, 2022. All online entries must be be received by 11:59 PM, EST, on July 17, 2022.
[How to enter] Maximum of one entry per person. Maximum one $100, $75, or $50 Chewy gift card per person. An entrant will be disqualified for multiple entries using multiple accounts.
[Winner selection] Winners will be randomly selected on or after July 29, 2022. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
[Notification] The winners will be notified by email within 7 days following the winner selection. To be eligible to claim the prize, winners must respond to the prize notification message within 7 days. Failure to respond within the requested period will result in the prize being forfeited by the prize winner. If a prize is unclaimed, ImpriMed reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner.
[Limitation of Liability] ImpriMed will not be responsible for (and will have no liability in connection with) acts, omissions and occurrences beyond ImpriMed’s reasonable control, including but not limited to: i) problems with the allotment or dispatch of prizes, ii) any act, omission or default of any third party supplier, or iii) network, computer, hardware or software failure of any kind.
