No, any staff member affiliated with a veterinarian can submit or order via our portal so long as the leading veterinarian has an account setup.

Do you need me to provide you with passwords for the hospital accounts?

No, we don’t need the password to associate the doctors and hospital. Once we register it, the password will be sent to the corresponding emails.

Are shipping costs extra?

Yes, we charge next-day air (overnight shipping). As our state-of-the-art laboratory is in Palo Alto, CA, the distance a sample travels to our lab will directly influence the shipping fee applied. Please contact sales@imprimedicine.com for the precise shipping fee for your area.

What temperature do the media tubes need to be stored at?

Our proprietary media tubes must be stored in the fridge (36-40° F) before use. Please DO NOT freeze the media tubes.

What is included in the ImpriMed Immunoprofile service?

The ImpriMed Immunoprofile service includes both our Flow Cytometry and PARR reports. These comprehensive results can be used to detect the presence of lymphoma or leukemia and determine the disease subtype.

For the blood tube submission– Do you request that on every patient, even if they don't have a leukemic component? And what type of blood tube do you request we send the sample in?

We require at least 2 mL of whole blood in an EDTA-treated tube.
