The ImpriMed Immunoprofile report includes both our complete PARR and flow cytometry testing, as well as an expert interpretation of the results. This combined service includes cell size, clonality, and immunophenotype information that supports an accurate diagnosis of lymphoma and leukemia.
1. PARR (PCR for Antigen Receptor Rearrangement) assay is used to test for B-cell or T-cell clonality, and high-specificity detection of the presence of neoplasia.
2. Flow cytometry
Flow cytometry provides cell-sizing information and analyzes different proteins found on and within tumor cells that denotes immunophenotype. This test provides prognostic information for leukemia and lymphoma.
[Complimentary for a limited time] AI-driven Chlorambucil/CHOP Prognostication
Our AI-driven predictions tell you if your patient is at low or high risk for early disease progression when treated with Chlorambucil/Prednisolone or CHOP combination therapy, and provides an estimate of the time until disease progression.

The two tests provide complimentary and different information. PARR has high specificity but lower sensitivity. Flow cytometry has high sensitivity and specificity, but does not enable discrimination between neoplasia and reactive conditions. Together, the two tests enable a more accurate diagnosis.
Understanding the potential response to treatment is pivotal, and now, until December 31, 2023, we are excited to offer our AI-driven Chlorambucil/CHOP Prognostication as a FREE addition to clinics that order the Immunoprofile for Feline patients.
